You will lead the design, build, test, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions using Appian BPM.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Appian BPM implementations from design and development to deployment and packaging.
Design system and enterprise-level architectures, including Appian process, solution, and infrastructure architecture.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams using Agile methodologies to deliver software.
Provide technical support to consultants and clients to resolve business and industry-specific challenges.
Manage Appian infrastructure elements including KDB engines, topology, sizing, and scaling.
Required Skills
Appian "Lead Developer" certification is mandatory.
6+ years of Appian experience and 9+ years of total industry experience.
Hands-on expertise with Appian Objects: Records, Reports, Tasks, Sites, Expression Rules, Web APIs, Interface Rules, CDT, Process Models, and Integrations.
Experience with Appian Connected Systems, Data Stores, and Integration with SOAP, REST, and ESBs like MuleSoft.
Proficiency in J2EE design patterns including JSPs, Java Servlets, EJBs, and JDBC.
Knowledge of App Servers (JBOSS, TOMCAT) and Web Servers (Apache).
Experience with CI/CD technologies including Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
Working knowledge of SAFe Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
Understanding of authentication configuration between external systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
Experience writing Appian Plugins, Connected Systems, and Component UI Plugins.
