Description

You will lead the design, build, test, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions using Appian BPM.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Appian BPM implementations from design and development to deployment and packaging.
• Design system and enterprise-level architectures, including Appian process, solution, and infrastructure architecture.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams using Agile methodologies to deliver software.
• Provide technical support to consultants and clients to resolve business and industry-specific challenges.
• Manage Appian infrastructure elements including KDB engines, topology, sizing, and scaling.

Required Skills

• Appian "Lead Developer" certification is mandatory.
• 6+ years of Appian experience and 9+ years of total industry experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Appian Objects: Records, Reports, Tasks, Sites, Expression Rules, Web APIs, Interface Rules, CDT, Process Models, and Integrations.
• Experience with Appian Connected Systems, Data Stores, and Integration with SOAP, REST, and ESBs like MuleSoft.
• Proficiency in J2EE design patterns including JSPs, Java Servlets, EJBs, and JDBC.
• Knowledge of App Servers (JBOSS, TOMCAT) and Web Servers (Apache).
• Experience with CI/CD technologies including Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
• Working knowledge of SAFe Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Understanding of authentication configuration between external systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing Appian Plugins, Connected Systems, and Component UI Plugins.
• Experience with Embedded SAIL and Portals.
