Description

Lead the build, test, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions using Appian. You will own the full lifecycle of BPM implementations, from design and development to deployment and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Appian intelligent automation solutions.
• Architect Appian processes, including in-memory KDB engines, sizing, and vertical/horizontal scaling.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams using agile methodologies.
• Integrate Appian with web services (SOAP/REST) and ESBs like MuleSoft.
• Develop Appian plugins, including Smart Services, Function Plugins, and Servlet Plugins.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of direct experience with Appian.
• 10+ years of overall industry experience.
• Deep knowledge of Appian objects: Records, Reports, Tasks, Sites, CDTs, Process Models, and Interface Rules.
• Experience with SAIL, Expression Rules, Query Rules, and Connected Systems.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE design patterns (JSPs, Servlets, EJBs, JDBC).
• Knowledge of Appian infrastructure and App Servers (JBOSS, TOMCAT) and Web Servers (Apache).
• Strong SQL skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Component UI Plugins.
• Experience with embedded SAIL interfaces.
