Description

Lead the build, test, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions using Appian.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of BPM implementations, from design and development to deployment and packaging.
• Architect Appian processes, including in-memory KDB engines, sizing, and vertical/horizontal scaling.
• Integrate Appian with web services (SOAP/REST) and ESBs like MuleSoft.
• Develop Appian plugins, including Smart Services, Function Plugins, and Servlet Plugins.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams using agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of direct experience with Appian, including deep knowledge of Records, Reports, Tasks, Sites, CDTs, Process Models, and Interface Rules.
• Proficiency in SAIL, Expression Rules, Query Rules, and Connected Systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE design patterns (JSPs, Servlets, EJBs, JDBC).
• Experience with Appian infrastructure and App Servers (JBOSS, TOMCAT) and Web Servers (Apache).
• Strong SQL skills.
• 10+ years of overall industry experience.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Component UI Plugins.
• Experience with embedded SAIL interfaces.
