Description

You own quality assurance for Appian-based applications through automated and manual testing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create test cases, scenarios, and supporting data from business requirements and design documentation.
• Execute automated end-to-end testing using a test-driven development approach.
• Perform back-end and database testing, including creating test harnesses.
• Validate business process models and support Appian version upgrades.
• Analyze business processes to ensure technical requirements are met through rigorous testing.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of software testing experience with a focus on Appian applications.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for database testing.
• Hands-on experience with test automation and test management tools.
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and automated end-to-end testing.
• Strong understanding of business process models and requirements.
• Proven ability in back-end testing and data validation.
• Experience managing test cases and scenarios for complex workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Appian Designer or developer roles.
• Experience consuming and parsing Service API data.
