Lead architectural design and technical delivery of scalable Appian solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design Appian application architectures ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Translate business requirements into technical design strategies, patterns, and data models.
• Manage third-party integrations using Web API, XML, and REST protocols.
• Define IT design methodologies, development processes, and best practices for RPA automation.
• Own technical delivery via peer reviews, testing, and solution documentation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Appian development and architecture.
• Hands-on experience designing scalable Appian application architectures.
• Expertise in Appian deployment architecture to meet performance SLAs.
• Proficiency with XML and REST protocols.
• Experience designing and implementing Web APIs.
• Strong capability in data modeling and solution architecture.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and resolve complex development hurdles.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience communicating with client technical stakeholders to validate requirements.
• Experience estimating effort for change requests.
