Description

Lead technical design and implementation of Appian-based applications while mentoring developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Appian solutions, translating business requirements into technical architecture.
• Mentor the development team and conduct code reviews to enforce standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve defects within Appian applications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate Appian with external systems via APIs.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience as an Appian Developer or Tech Lead.
• Strong knowledge of Appian BPM (Business Process Management).
• Expertise in SAIL (Self-Assemblable Interface Layer) for UI development.
• Experience working with Appian plugins.
• Proficiency in Appian integration using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
