Description

You will own the development, configuration, and maintenance of the Appian platform within the continuous improvement team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incidents and resolve configuration issues to maintain system stability.
• Configure and deploy Appian platform components, including data models and processes.
• Support testing documentation and manage the promotion of changes to production.
• Manage post-production follow-up and preventative maintenance of developed processes.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in Appian development.
• 3-5 years of experience in Appian data modeling.
• Proficiency with JSON, XML, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience working with Web Service/API REST development.
• Banking industry experience is required.
• English language proficiency at a B1 level.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Spanish language skills.
• ITIL knowledge.
