You provide operational onboarding and production support for Apple Pay acceptance partners.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Triage technical issues and perform audits to ensure platform stability.
• Drive issue resolutions autonomously to maintain partner and customer experience.
• Translate feedback into clearly defined problem statements.
• Influence executive decision-making through concise written and verbal communication.
• Manage partner expansion and operational readiness for Apple Wallet features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a support or operational role.
• Deep familiarity with Apple Pay, Apple Wallet Classic, Access, and Transit.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in evolving environments.
• Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and approach problems flexibly.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing requests within Sonar.
