Description

You will manage, troubleshoot, and secure customer applications running in Amazon Web Services.

Responsibilities

• Audit Java performance and perform JVM tuning to optimize application server throughput.
• Manage WebLogic platform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Perform application security hardening and manage SSL certificates and bindings.
• Analyze application logs to identify root causes and provide technical insights during outage calls.
• Coordinate with Build, Test, and Deploy teams to manage the application lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience in application administration.
• Expert-level proficiency with Oracle WebLogic Server.
• Expert-level proficiency with Apache Tomcat.
• Experience managing applications within Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong understanding of Java performance tuning.
• Ability to communicate technical issues directly with US-based customers.

Preferred Skills

• Basic Linux and Windows server administration experience.
• Foundational knowledge of database environments.
