Description

You will manage the administration, customization, and integration of AdaptiveWork and related tools to support project management and software development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and configure AdaptiveWork applications, including customizations, automation, and process improvements.
• Manage integrations between AdaptiveWork, Clarizen, and other systems to streamline workflows.
• Develop and automate scripts to improve operational efficiency and support business needs.
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft application servers, including scheduled tasks and log file reviews.
• Create and execute SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
• Design and manage reports and dashboards using MS Excel, including pivot tables and advanced data analysis.
• Manage Jira workflows to ensure effective project tracking and issue resolution.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and provide expert advice.
• Support contract and licensing management for all tools and applications.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience with AdaptiveWork administration and customization.
• Completion of AdaptiveWork/Clarizen PV Admin training courses within the last five years.
• Proficiency in SQL for creating and running queries.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills, specifically pivot tables and data analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Application Servers, scheduled tasks, and log analysis.
• Working knowledge of Jira.
• Experience with MS Slide Publisher.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong data analysis and risk assessment capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with integration techniques for connecting AdaptiveWork with enterprise applications.
• Background in project management methodologies and software development life cycles.
