Description

You will manage application software support and system troubleshooting to ensure operational stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve system issues and answer technical queries by collaborating with internal teams.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems through systematic troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system guides.
• Configure application integrations and participate in the execution of test plans.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in application software support.
• Experience supporting Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Hands-on experience with Maximo, SAP, or Oracle Field Service (OFS).
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Windows environments.
• Knowledge of middleware including Informatica and API integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
