Description

You will manage the application lifecycle and provide technical support within a multi-tiered environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 support and resolve system errors using standard diagnostic techniques.
• Manage the application lifecycle, roadmap, and implementation of change management processes.
• Develop scripts and programs to assist with application management and system efficiency.
• Coordinate software evaluations and collaborate with vendors to enhance applications.
• Plan application upgrades and maintain service availability in coordination with senior technical personnel.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience, or an Associate degree and 5+ years of experience.
• Experience managing Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Experience with ITIL foundations, specifically event management and monitoring.
• Understanding of IT security principles, best practices, and cybersecurity event response.
• Experience implementing webhooks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting experience with Python or PowerShell.
• Experience with cloud computing technologies or BetterStack observability platforms.
• Experience with Monday.com, Quickbase, NGP VAN, NationBuilder, or Mobilize.
