Description

You will manage the full SDLC for transit scheduling and operations management applications, from requirements gathering to implementation. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute system analysis including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Provide 2nd level support for application functionality, environment configuration, and system integrations.
• Perform environment maintenance, including release installations, promotions, and database refreshes.
• Manage user access provisioning and maintain technical documentation such as runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
• Monitor and troubleshoot batch processes and perform ad-hoc data queries and reporting.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in system analysis, enterprise application design, and implementation.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, SQL, or Python.
• Experience with ServiceNow or Azure.
• Experience with enterprise system and application administration.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HASSTUS, Trapezium FX, or Trapezium OPS.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Background in the public transit or transportation industry.
