Description

You manage the full application lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute system analysis activities across the full SDLC, including solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Configure application components, define foundational data elements, and manage version control.
• Provide 2nd level support for application functionality, environment configurations, and system integrations.
• Maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting procedures, runbooks, and system configuration guides.
• Manage environment maintenance, including release installations, promotions, and database refreshes.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in application analysis or system support.
• Experience with the full SDLC.
• Knowledge of Server, Network, and Database environments.
• Ability to assist QA teams with test scripts.
• Experience with requirements gathering and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
