Description

You will manage day-to-day operations of enterprise applications, integrations, and data flows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support enterprise applications, integrations, and data flows.
• Investigate and resolve system or data issues with internal teams and external partners.
• Perform configuration updates, system checks, and user-requested changes.
• Support testing and validation for system enhancements and project deployments.
• Document standard operating procedures, troubleshooting steps, and user guidance.

Required Skills

• 0–3 years of experience in an IT analyst, application support, or technical operations role.
• Familiarity with XML and JSON data structures.
• Understanding of relational databases.
• Knowledge of enterprise system workflows, data processing, or integration concepts.
• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work on-site 2–3 days per week in Bridgewater, NJ.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
