Responsibilities

• Evaluate operational workflows to identify system needs and translate user requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests within the Epic environment.
• Support application builds and ongoing system enhancements.
• Translate clinical or operational workflows into clear technical requirements.

Required Skills

• Epic Certified Research Analyst certification.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in application analysis or support.
• Ability to translate clinical or operational workflows into technical requirements.
• Experience managing application incidents and service requests.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
