Responsibilities

• Translate complex business ideas into user stories and break them into workable components with accurate estimates.
• Design and develop software solutions, ensuring adherence to design, coding, and source control standards.
• Lead design and code walk-throughs as a presenter or reviewer, ensuring technical quality.
• Assist product owners and business users with technical questions, providing clear oral and written communication.
• Transfer knowledge of built technologies to support teams and assist with testing and code migration.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in application development and support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of the application solution delivery life cycle.
• Experience with highly regulated applications and IT security standards.
• Proven ability to work on multiple user stories concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective interpersonal communication.
• Experience working with remote teams and managed service providers.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with PyFlink/Flink, Python, Docker, SQL, and Kafka.
• Understanding of data integration architectures, including ODS and Data Warehouse concepts.
• Familiarity with modern source code management tools and processes.
