Description

You will provide technical solutions for business stakeholders, owning the design, estimation, planning, and implementation phases of projects. You will ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability for cloud data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manhattan DFIO application, including after-hours incident response, error message analysis, and data error identification.
• Create and execute system test plans, modifying program sequences and code to confirm application operation.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure architectural alignment, quality, and adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with architects to develop code and provide solutions for complex business requirements.
• Manage change requests in Service Now and track time using reporting software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application analysis and support.
• Proficiency with Snowflake and BigQuery cloud data warehouses.
• Functional knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment systems.
• Experience supporting Manhattan DFIO applications.
• Ability to perform system testing, debug code, and identify processing errors.
• Familiarity with Service Now for change management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of retail business processes.
