You will provide technical solutions for business needs, focusing on the Manhattan DFIO application and cloud data infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, estimation, planning, and implementation phases of projects.
• Perform support for the Manhattan DFIO application, including incident and after-hours support.
• Create system test plans and execute system testing.
• Follow change management requirements, creating change requests in Service Now.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure architectural alignment and quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Functional knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment systems and associated business processes.
• Experience working with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and BigQuery.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Experience with Service Now for change management processes.
• Ability to identify data errors and common processing errors in production systems.
• Experience providing technical support for in-scope applications.
• Ability to peer review code from other team members.
