Description

You will provide technical solutions for business needs by collaborating with stakeholders and supporting in-scope applications, including Manhattan DFIO incident support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, estimation, planning, and implementation phases of projects.
• Perform system testing and create system test plans.
• Follow change management requirements, including creating change requests in Service Now.
• Conduct design and code reviews to maintain architectural alignment and quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Functional knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment systems and related business processes.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses, specifically Snowflake and BigQuery.
• Proficiency in system management and integration functions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify data and processing errors within applications.
• Experience with Service Now for change management.
• Proven ability to develop code and provide solutions to complex requirements.
• Experience with after-hours and incident support.
