Description

You will provide technical solutions for business stakeholders, owning the design, estimation, planning, and implementation phases of projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manhattan DFIO application, including after-hours incident response, error message analysis, and data error identification.
• Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability for cloud data warehouses.
• Create and execute system test plans, modifying program sequences and code to confirm application operation.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure architectural alignment, quality, and adherence to coding standards.
• Manage change requests in Service Now and track time using reporting software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application analysis and support.
• Proficiency with Snowflake and BigQuery cloud data warehouses.
• Functional knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment systems.
• Experience supporting Manhattan DFIO applications.
• Ability to perform system testing, debug code, and identify processing errors.
• Familiarity with Service Now for change management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of retail business processes.
