You will support case management technology solutions as a system and business process expert.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate functional and technical responsibilities for Case Management Services applications.
• Maintain and support departmental information systems to meet operational goals.
• Manage system integration, implementation, and maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems relevant to all Case Management applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with IT Service Desk operations.
• Experience in technology product development.
• Expertise in business process coordination.
• Ability to manage system integration and implementation workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting case management applications.
