Description

You will manage application performance, implementation, and monitoring to support consumer lending, commercial banking, and credit risk operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, implement, and modify application performance to meet business requirements and performance goals.
• Monitor system health, review logs, and escalate issues to vendors to minimize downtime.
• Execute installations, upgrades, and change control procedures following DevSecOps standards.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and database problems to improve application reliability.
• Partner with project management, security, and business stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application analysis or support.
• Proficiency in SQL and SQL Stored Procedure development.
• Hands-on experience with ETL development using SSIS or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and MySQL databases.
• Development experience with .NET, ASP.NET, Visual Basic, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Web programming and application administration.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Ability to manage technical projects and communicate requirements to line-of-business partners.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BI tools such as SQL Reporting Services or PowerBI.
