Description

You will implement and support application and data integrations while providing technical triage for product clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure applications aligned with technical requirements and operational specifications.
• Partner with clinical and business operations to create workflow documentation for implementations and upgrades.
• Validate interfaces by developing test scripts and verifying solutions against departmental standards.
• Monitor systems for data quality, efficiency, and integrity while managing error reports and audit logs.
• Analyze new requirements and assess the feasibility of proposed product features and integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application analysis and support.
• Experience with healthcare systems, specifically Willow Ambulatory and Specialty Pharmacy implementation.
• Proficiency with HL7 and XML.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and data integration.
• Strong skills in system analysis, design, and development.
• Proven ability to perform technical troubleshooting and triage.
• Experience writing and updating test scripts for all testing phases.
• Ability to document software design changes and enhancement specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within clinical operations and IS environments.
