Description

You will deliver technical solutions for supply chain business needs, managing the Manhattan DFIO application and supporting complex integration projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, estimate, plan, and implement technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Manage change requests and track progress using Service Now.
• Perform system testing and create detailed test plans for new features and updates.
• Provide incident and after-hours support for the Manhattan DFIO application, including error identification and resolution.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure architectural alignment and maintain coding standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in application analysis or development.
• Functional knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment systems and associated business processes.
• Proficiency with cloud data warehouses, specifically Snowflake and BigQuery.
• Experience supporting the Manhattan DFIO application, including troubleshooting and error identification.
• Ability to develop code and provide solutions to complex technical requirements.
• Experience performing systems management and integration functions.
• Familiarity with change management processes using Service Now.
• Ability to conduct peer code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
