Description

Manage clinical information systems as the liaison between Corporate IS and clinical staff.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement, support, and maintain Cerner clinical information systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
• Manage problem resolution, system testing, and change management.
• Redesign clinical workflows and develop software specifications with clinicians.
• Provide training and education to facility employees and physicians.

Required Skills

• Associate Degree in a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• General clinical knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• General IT knowledge for hardware and network troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with physicians and clinicians.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in a clinical or IT-related role.
• Advanced working knowledge of Cerner.
