Job Description:
Hands-on experience with AEP and AJO with strong communication skills
Apply marketing and AEP technology expertise to enhance customer experience and business processes
Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solutions
Drive adherence to best practices, templates, and standards
Collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and client partners for solution delivery
Provide technical guidance to journey development teams
Review and validate business requirement documents
Support training, demos, and knowledge transfer sessions
Work on customer journey analytics and optimization
