Description

You will design, implement, and support Windows environments, Office 365, and Azure infrastructures, leading migrations and automation efforts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute migration solutions for IT consolidations and data transfers between Box, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Manage Active Directory configurations, O365 tenant user migrations, and Windows environment support across bare metal and virtualized infrastructures.
• Automate routine operations, system monitoring, and log reviews using PowerShell scripting.
• Support deployment, change management, and perform root cause analysis for service interruptions.
• Document technical requirements and processes while collaborating with a 24x7 global team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windows, O365, and Azure administration.
• Expertise in administering SharePoint, Teams, and Box.
• Hands-on experience with file server management and migrations.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for task automation.
• Experience managing infrastructure involving network, load balancers (F5 Big IP), security, and storage layers.
• Background supporting environments for both business users and software developers.
• Ability to interpret and discuss technical information with non-technical decision makers.
• Experience using system monitoring tools for production support.
