Design and implement application architectures that align with business goals and drive ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Research new methodologies and technologies to improve delivery capabilities and establish architectural practices.
  • Draft conceptual and logical architecture specifications for capability assets and new application adoption.
  • Partner with project teams to create logical architectural models and promote the reuse of IT assets.
  • Advise development teams on compliance with architectural principles, guidelines, and standards.
  • Provide senior-level consulting and hands-on education to augment team technical skills.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in application architecture or software engineering.
  • Proven experience in design lead or team lead roles.
  • Ability to draft logical architectural models and technical specifications.
  • Experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and governance frameworks for new technologies.
  • Experience in project planning and risk identification.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

  • Line manager experience.
