Define and govern application architecture, roadmap, and reusable frameworks for technical teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the application architecture strategy aligned with enterprise goals.
• Design, document, and govern reusable frameworks and platforms for engineering teams.
• Govern architectural best practices, design standards, and emerging trends.
• Mentor technical staff and resolve cross-team conflicts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ATM and Branch Systems, including batch and backend integrations.
• Deep knowledge of banking data models, financial services, and fintech systems.
• Proficiency in Agile, DevOps, SDLC, CI/CD, and data infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with architecture modeling using Archimate or Archi.
• Working knowledge of cloud technologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong documentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to bridge business and IT teams effectively.
