Description

You will provide advanced technical support and architectural guidance for critical business systems and IT infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and business system issues.
• Identify and solve deep-level technical problems across multiple components.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to tier 1 and tier 2 staff.
• Contribute to key technical decisions and deliver cross-functional solutions.
• Assist with implementing new technology solutions and feature creation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in application support, development, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, and .NET.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL Server development.
• Experience with CTMS (Oracle and Veeva), APIs, and Salesforce Admin with custom builds.
• Fundamental knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of cloud computing and basic security concepts.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
