Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions and architectural strategies for the Employment Banking and Revenue Delivery Center.

Responsibilities

• Direct resources to develop, test, and document software solutions, database schemas, and service endpoints.
• Develop architectural artifacts including strategy roadmaps, design plans, hosting patterns, and system integration requirements.
• Lead application teams through task management, code reviews, and mentoring developers in design and deployment.
• Implement data migration plans and define performance KPIs to meet business needs.
• Manage project constraints including risks, time, resources, and scope to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Extensive experience with .NET application development.
• Hands-on experience with .NET C# and object-oriented development.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, SQL, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Experience with Azure cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
• Ability to design configurations and analytical logging standards for cloud and virtual server hosting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience incorporating digital accessibility features into digital content and resources.
