Application Architect II

You will lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Intune solutions for a large-scale environment of 12,000 mobile devices and 43,000 desktops.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Intune architecture to manage Windows, macOS, and iOS devices.
• Assess existing security tools and remote management processes to determine the Intune integration approach.
• Customize device configuration profiles, compliance policies, and app protection policies.
• Manage a team of offshore Intune engineers and oversee implementation work.
• Execute pilot deployments and lead full-scale rollout across the enterprise.
• Ensure all architecture and policies meet HIPAA, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, SOX, PCI, NIST, and other regulatory requirements.
• Provide Tier 3 support and resolve escalated technical issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in endpoint management.
• 5+ years of focused experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Deep expertise in Azure AD, Endpoint Manager, Azure Information Protection, and Microsoft Defender ATP.
• Experience integrating Intune with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Cloud Application Security, and Azure AD Identity Protection.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and familiarity with Microsoft Graph API.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts, protocols, and security best practices.
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring offshore teams.
• Experience leading large-scale deployments in complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to travel frequently to Houston for onsite work.
