You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, design data models, and oversee solution implementation. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, documentation, and budgeting plans.
• Design data models and develop strategic solutions to support organizational goals and scalability.
• Review technical requirements with development teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Manage agile routines, including sprint planning, capacity planning, and backlog management.
• Oversee initial testing and implementation phases to ensure solution accuracy and quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or technical delivery projects.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Background in Risk technology or risk management environments.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical, business, and quantitative model stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in budgeting and financial documentation.
