What's the Job?

• Match current technology with current needs by evaluating and installing software, hardware, and support equipment into a workable network that supports multiple functions.
• Provide high-level systems support, including problem determination and resolution, and install or update newly developed software to assigned systems.
• Investigate and analyze information to draw conclusions; collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams (including networking) to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems.
• Write and maintain system documentation, and support capacity planning, disaster recovery, and security where necessary.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in projects related to end-to-end server builds; experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or DevOps Engineer is a plus.
• Strong IT Infrastructure knowledge across compute, storage, networking (LAN/WAN/Internet), security, and cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS).
• Experience with RDBMS systems such as Oracle and SQL, and middleware technologies such as WebSphere, JBoss, MQ, IIB, and/or Mulesoft.
• Strong understanding of Linux and Windows systems, VMware, and public cloud technologies (Azure & AWS).
• Strong CICD and DevOps experience using tools such as Ansible, YAML, Artifactory, Jenkins, Git, and related automation practices; Microsoft Visio experience is a plus
