Description

You will lead the technical direction for modernization projects within the Unemployment Division, owning the architecture, development, and planning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop application architecture for system modernization efforts.
• Define quarterly planning strategies, product roadmaps, and user stories.
• Select and review on-premise and cloud tools and technologies.
• Conduct code and work item reviews to ensure technical compliance and security.
• Engage in hands-on development using various languages and tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in application design and development.
• Proficiency with .NET Framework 8 and Blazor Framework.
• Experience designing, creating, and maintaining web services and system integrations.
• Experience with highly complex Online Transaction Processing (OLTP).
• Competency in Visual Studio, GitHub, and Jira.
• Knowledge of Swagger for API documentation.
• Experience integrating with Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server databases.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum development methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynatrace.
