Description

You will provide architectural guidance, technical design, and code reviews for distributed enterprise systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Review new and existing systems to ensure organizational standards are upheld.
• Lead technical design for distributed systems and complex enterprise projects.
• Collaborate with other architects to maintain consistency across technical implementations.
• Provide technical direction based on a hands-on understanding of team-level workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise customer-facing solutions.
• 6+ years of experience designing and building enterprise-class distributed systems.
• 6+ years of experience working within highly regulated industries.
• Expertise in .NET framework and .NET Core application design.
• Experience with public cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency with Automation and Continuous Integration tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or Octopus Deploy.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, deployment methodologies, QA processes, and performance tuning.
• Background in Infrastructure or System Engineering within heterogeneous environments.
• Experience managing private data center environments.

Preferred Skills

• Architect-level certifications in Windows, Linux, Cloud, Networking, or Security.
• Previous experience with Department of Public Safety applications and systems.
