Description

  • Expert knowledge of the uses and applications of the COBOL Java, and/React programming
  • language.
  • Expert knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum methodology, and Scrum Master

  • Knowledge of relation database concepts, including technologies such as DB2 or similar.
  • Knowledge of the uses and applications of the SQL programming language and concepts.
  • Knowledge of development and scheduling tools such as Jira, BulkMailer and Control-M.
  • Knowledge of Knowledge of application systems, multi-tier technologies.
  • Knowledge of code repository technologies such as ChangeMan, Git and GitHub.
  • Ability to facilitate multiple scrums at the same time.
  • Knowledge of mechanisms that can be used to scale agile processes across an organization.
  • Knowledge of problem tracking software technologies.
  • Knowledge of application development life cycle processes.
  • Knowledge of business analysis and application design techniques and prototyping.
  • Knowledge of application test methodologies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of application documentation methods.
  • Knowledge of custom application development and design methods.
  • Ability to coach, lead, and coordinate staff at all levels of responsibility and authority
  • throughout the organization.
  • Ability to collaborate with business partners, employers, third-party administrators, external
  • vendors, management, technical developers, colleagues at other state agencies, etc.
