Description

You will lead the development of enterprise data strategy and design integrated data solutions across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term enterprise data architecture strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models to meet current and future requirements.
• Establish enterprise-wide data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Drive the design of data integration processes, including ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise service buses.
• Partner with IT and Security teams to implement data security controls, access management, and encryption.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture roles with an emphasis on Data Architecture and governance.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Expertise in data modeling, database design, and data integration strategies.
• Hands-on experience with data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Talend, or IBM InfoSphere.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Working knowledge of modern data technologies including data lakes, data warehouses, streaming, and NoSQL.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or SOX.

Preferred Skills

• TOGAF, Zachman, or other recognized Enterprise Architecture certifications.
• Data management or governance certifications such as CDMP or DGSP.
• Cloud architecture certifications.
