Description

You will design and oversee the architecture for Medicaid Audit and Investigation case management systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners to define functional, business, and system requirements.
• Design and create logical and physical data models, including all related database objects.
• Develop technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and high-level/low-level design documentation.
• Manage individual projects using SDLC methodologies and coordinate unit, system, and stress testing.
• Optimize backend databases and design user-friendly interfaces using complex data structures.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing system architecture and conducting business analysis for Medicaid case management systems.
• 7+ years of experience managing development within Microsoft .NET/C# or Java platforms.
• 7+ years of experience with MS SQL and Oracle database environments, including stored procedures, triggers, and indexing.
• 7+ years of experience implementing electronic document solutions, third-party API interfaces, and OCR engines.
• 7+ years of experience designing systems involving case replication, sampling, and reporting.
• 7+ years of experience creating ERDs, DFDs, transition diagrams, and use cases.
• 5+ years of experience overseeing application design utilizing ComponentOne, Aspose, and Mathematica.
• Expertise in optimizing and modifying complex SQL for both Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Xerox Docushare as an enterprise electronic document repository.
