You own the technical architecture and application expertise across multiple user groups.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement server applications while defining performance metrics for system health monitoring.
• Formulate system requirements and objectives based on business needs and performance goals.
• Identify, explain, resolve, and prevent application performance issues through root cause analysis.
• Lead strategic planning for the application platform development to meet organizational growth requirements.
• Review, discuss, design, and implement application changes while coordinating with Technology and business partners.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of technology-related experience supporting various applications.
• Advanced knowledge of administration, processes, and operations, including root cause analysis for hardware, software, and databases.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented approach to technical work.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Advanced training and certification in the application domain.
