Description

Define migration strategies and lead end-to-end technical execution for enterprise application modernization on AWS Outposts.

You will own the target architecture, infrastructure modernization, and application code upgrades, ensuring seamless transition from on-premises environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement migration strategies for enterprise applications to AWS Outposts.
• Design target architectures for hybrid cloud environments and infrastructure modernization.
• Lead technical execution for migration pods, including application and code modernization.
• Drive dependency remediation and CI/CD integration for cloud readiness.
• Upgrade applications from Java 8 to Java 17/21 using Spring Boot.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud migration and enterprise architecture.
• Deep expertise in AWS, specifically AWS Outposts and hybrid cloud architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Java 8 to Java 17/21 upgrades and Spring Boot modernization.
• Strong background in infrastructure modernization, networking, and automation.
• Proven track record in leading end-to-end technical execution for migration programs.
• Experience with CI/CD integration and dependency remediation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading infrastructure and application modernization efforts at scale.
• Strong technical leadership skills for guiding migration pods.
