Description

You will design, develop, and maintain applications using the Mendix low-code platform while collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Analysts with requirements gathering, system design, and implementation using Mendix.
• Chart existing business processes to define current-state activities and model procedures.
• Develop and document future-state business processes, including business rules, process flow diagrams, and inter-department workflows.
• Configure Mendix applications, including microflows, nanoflows, domain models, UI components, and integrations.
• Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases, coordinate UAT activities, and troubleshoot application issues.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Mendix low-code platform development.
• 5+ years of experience in application development and architecture.
• Experience developing, testing, and deploying applications in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with JIRA for backlog management, defect tracking, and sprint planning.
• Experience working as part of a Scrum team including developers, BAs, testers, and product owners.
• Experience with SQL Server querying, reporting, and diagnostics.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance standards.
• Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies.
• Ability to support time-sensitive, high-visibility applications in a public-sector environment.
