Description

Design and develop enterprise-level application and custom integration solutions to support long-term IT strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex, business-critical software solutions and integration interfaces.
• Establish programming architectures, development standards, and procedures to enable code reuse.
• Lead functional teams or projects to solve complex technical problems and business issues.
• Provide technical expertise for application integration and assist with difficult support escalations.
• Research emerging technologies to identify potential applications for the business.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in multiple IT areas, including at least 3 years in a relevant architecture role.
• Advanced knowledge of application systems design and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Shell and UNIX Scripting.
• Experience with Big Data and the Azure platform.
• Proficiency with DB2, SQL Server, and Teradata.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design, coding, testing, and debugging.
• Experience applying modern application development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
