Description

You will serve as a strategic technology architect bridging business units and technical portfolios, owning infrastructure setup and vendor accountability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and stand up technical environments from an infrastructure perspective to support delivery.
• Act as a strategic liaison between business units and technical portfolios to identify needs and propose solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and hold third-party providers accountable for specified results.
• Lead multiple simultaneous projects while influencing stakeholders through effective communication.
• Apply functional knowledge of Customer Billing Systems (CSS) or Meter-to-Cash/Revenue Cycle Management.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of technology leadership experience building infrastructure-focused environments.
• 5+ years of experience working within an SDLC environment.
• Hands-on experience with Mainframe, COBOL, and DB2.
• Proficiency with UNIX and C++.
• Technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion and Foundation Case Product (FCP).
• Experience with Customer Billing Systems (CSS).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
