Description

Lead data conversion and ETL processes for Oracle and boundary applications, ensuring data integrity from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data conversion, including analysis, mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Manage conversion schedules and resources in coordination with system integrators and project managers.
• Own data quality by developing validation and testing strategies to verify post-conversion correctness.
• Mentor data conversion analysts and developers to ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data migration or conversion projects.
• 4+ years of direct experience working with Oracle Fusion.
• Expertise in ETL processes, data mapping, data cleansing, and data transformation.
• Proven experience managing and leading cross-functional teams through complex projects.
• Strong experience with data validation and reconciliation processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle application modules including Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management, and Finance.
