You will lead the redesign of over 100 web pages and documents to create a seamless, intuitive, and customer-centric user experience.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and rebrand website pages and documents ensuring adherence to ADA and Plain Language guidelines.
• Implement tools that improve resource discoverability to reduce direct agency inquiries.
• Architect a Web Content Management System that enables super users to manage content via a built-in approval cycle.
• Specify infrastructure requirements to ensure site performance meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Manage the technical transition from a .net domain to a .gov domain following federal guidelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise websites using modern web development platforms and industry standards.
• 1+ years of experience designing secure, searchable, and mobile-friendly Web Content Management Systems.
• Proven ability to design end-user-friendly and well-organized digital architectures.
• Experience ensuring website flow is intuitive and customer-centric.
• Ability to provide technical justification for infrastructure requirements.
• Any Graduate degree.
