Roles & Responsibilities:

• Utilize good understanding of technology infrastructure procedures supporting the business operations and requirements.
• Resolve complex problems and projects through comprehensive analysis and evaluation of business processes, system processes and industry standards.
• Provide in-depth analysis for more complex issues related to operations or storage systems and processes.
• Escalate issues as appropriate to next level support teams and ensure proper resolution tracking.
• Provide informal guidance and mentorship to new or lower level analysts within the team.
• Make evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information and resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions.
• Directly impact the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others within the team.
• Exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical manner with stakeholders and team members.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding.
• Work in India Night Shifts covering 8 AM to 5 PM ET timezone requirements.

Experience Required: 6-8 years of relevant experience with Collections Experience Preferred.

Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
