Description

Lead remote design workshops and requirements verification for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard sessions and requirements verification workshops with global teams.
• Ensure technical and business alignment with the global HRSD template.
• Write detailed user stories to capture system requirements and functional specifications.
• Define system procedures, work instructions, and training materials based on workshop outcomes.
• Provide inputs to Organisation and People Readiness (O&PR) and Service Delivery Model (SDM) teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in application consulting or implementation roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow (SNOW) HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Proven ability to lead remote workshops and facilitate stakeholder alignment.
• Experience writing clear, actionable user stories.
• Understanding of Service Delivery Models and Organizational Readiness processes.
• Any Graduate degree.
