Description

You will design, develop, and optimize Big Data applications using Java, Scala, Hadoop, Hive, and Spark. You will implement microservices architectures with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Kafka, while managing containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable data solutions and microservices in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance data pipelines using Splunk and CloudWatch.
• Execute code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Big Data technologies into existing systems.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST API development, and Kafka-based architectures.
• Strong understanding of microservices lifecycle, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Minimum 2+ years coding in Scala, with proficiency in Python and Shell Scripting.
• Experience with Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Hive.
• Proficiency with SQL databases including SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk and CloudWatch.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field (Any Graduate).
